Responsibilities

Implement behavior technician training as assigned by manager

Monitor data integrity in staff databases

Support day to day training operations

Provide mentorship to trainers as assigned by manager

Sort inquiries and respond to customer service requests received via ZenDesk

Resolve daily and routine issues as well as exercise appropriate judgement for escalation of issues

Effectively prioritize routine and non-routine work assignments to ensure goals and timelines are achieved
