Responsibilities
Lead a team of high-performing HR Solutions Consultants, guiding their professional growth and driving a culture of engagement and continuous improvement
Strategize and execute on our sales process, providing hands-on support for top deals and acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and our customers
Deeply understand customer needs by building strong relationships and capturing invaluable product feedback. You'll translate these insights into actionable feedback for our product team, directly influencing our product roadmap
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing SC capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients
Influence and own the operational infrastructure and performance metrics for your team, must have strong salesforce.com reporting and visual presentation skills
Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and performance, inspiring your team to achieve new levels of success
Partner with our Recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, building a versatile and dynamic team committed to Rippling's vision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a presales solutions team
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals
Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with Salesforce.com reporting and a knack for owning operations for your business
A track record of successfully leading and executing cross-functional initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
Preferred
Experience in the HR Tech industry or a demonstrable history of scaling presales teams within a high-growth company is preferred
Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
