Responsibilities
Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and compliance records
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines; escalate delays or risks as needed
Facilitate communication between staff, contractors, and external stakeholders
Support procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination as required
Ensure projects comply with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Provide administrative and logistical support for multiple ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
Project coordination: 3 years
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, ideally in utilities, construction, or government sectors
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, or similar) and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
