Qualification

Required

7–10+ years leading Customer Experience or Support Operations in B2C/B2B2C environments
Proven success scaling service operations without proportional cost increases
Expertise with CRM and service platforms (HubSpot or similar)
Strong background in AI-driven automation and chatbot integration
Data-driven approach with experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs
Ability to influence cross-functional teams at VP level

Preferred

Familiarity with home improvement, real estate, or energy sectors
Experience managing outsourced support vendors
Knowledge of regulatory considerations in consumer services
