Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Draft, format, proofread, and file pleadings and motions
Manage discovery, including document review and production
Maintain litigation calendars and docket deadlines
Assist with trial and hearing preparation
Coordinate with courts, court reporters, experts, and opposing counsel
Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
Track billable time and assist with matter administration
Qualification
Required
Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
Minimum of three (3) years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience with U.S. Tax Court or state tax tribunal proceedings
Familiarity with tax-related litigation and financial records
Experience assisting with IRS examinations or administrative appeals
Experience with state and federal courts
