Responsibilities
Develop and optimize ultra-low-latency C++ systems used for real-time market data processing and execution
Build high-performance exchange connectivity, order routing, and distributed compute components
Profile, tune, and refactor performance-critical code for microsecond-level improvements
Work closely with quants to translate research models into robust, production-ready systems
Contribute to architectural decisions around networking, concurrency, memory management, and fault tolerance
Enhance internal libraries, frameworks, and dev tooling to support a rapidly evolving trading environment
Qualification
Required
C++ (C++17/20) with deep understanding of performance, threading, and systems-level programming
Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, CPU architecture, cache behavior, and network I/O
Experience with low-latency, high-throughput, or real-time systems (finance, gaming, telecom, HPC, etc.)
Comfort working in Linux environments and using performance tools (perf, VTune, Valgrind, flame graphs, etc.)
Ability to write production-quality code with an emphasis on reliability, testing, and maintainability
Preferred
Experience with market data feeds, exchange protocols, FIX, or any trading-adjacent systems
