Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline
Five (5) years experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline
Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis
Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills
Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing
Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment
Customer-focused orientation
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills
Strong project management and project management leadership experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Business Administration or Marketing. Master's Degree preferred
Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills to support strategy or initiatives as appropriate
Experience in product development and product/portfolio management
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport with all levels of the organization as well as internal and external stakeholders
Ability to skillfully and creatively navigate organizational and/or resource constraints
Ability to travel internationally if needed
