Driving scope definition and delivery execution for large scale telecom billing conversion
Working directly with business stakeholders, architects, development teams and other stakeholders to identify requirements
Defining pragmatic conversion approaches and accelerating decision-making across technical, operational and process domains
Coordinating technical implementation, treatment strategies for source systems, and creative redesign of business processes to enable faster and lower risk conversion outcomes
Ensuring alignment across business teams, the core conversion program, and senior leadership through clear communication, structured documentation, and proactive risk management

Required

Project Manager / Business Analyst – Billing Conversion
Driving scope definition and delivery execution for large scale telecom billing conversion
Focus on ambiguous or undefined problem spaces
Work directly with business stakeholders, architects, development teams and other stakeholders
Identify requirements, define pragmatic conversion approaches, and accelerate decision-making across technical, operational and process domains
End to end solution shaping
Coordination of technical implementation
Treatment strategies for source systems
Creative redesign of business processes to enable faster and lower risk conversion outcomes
Ability to operate independently
Navigate complexity
Translate incomplete information into clear, actionable plans
