Mid, Senior LevelEDZ Systems is seeking a Billing Operations Project Manager responsible for driving scope definition and delivery execution for large scale telecom billing conversions. The role involves working with various stakeholders to identify requirements and define approaches for successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Driving scope definition and delivery execution for large scale telecom billing conversion
Working directly with business stakeholders, architects, development teams and other stakeholders to identify requirements
Defining pragmatic conversion approaches and accelerating decision-making across technical, operational and process domains
Coordinating technical implementation, treatment strategies for source systems, and creative redesign of business processes to enable faster and lower risk conversion outcomes
Ensuring alignment across business teams, the core conversion program, and senior leadership through clear communication, structured documentation, and proactive risk management
Qualification
Required
Driving scope definition and delivery execution for large scale telecom billing conversion
Focus on ambiguous or undefined problem spaces
Experience with IOT, B2B, transitioning business in retail from B2B to Consumer, or HSI
Work directly with business stakeholders, architects, development teams and other stakeholders
Identify requirements and define pragmatic conversion approaches
Accelerate decision-making across technical, operational and process domains
Coordinate technical implementation and treatment strategies for source systems
Creative redesign of business processes to enable faster and lower risk conversion outcomes
Ability to operate independently and navigate complexity
Translate incomplete information into clear, actionable plans
Serve as a central point of transparency
Ensure alignment across business teams, core conversion program, and senior leadership
Clear communication and structured documentation
Proactive risk management
Self-directed and comfortable working in high ambiguity
Strong communicator who can bridge business and technical teams
Skilled at defining scope, options, tradeoffs, and recommended paths forward
Focused on pace, clarity, and outcomes while maintaining conversion integrity

Conversion experience highly desirable
