Business Office Manager (SNF)
Sandstone Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The role is critical for ensuring accurate billing, payroll support, accounts receivable, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities
Oversee resident billing, collections, and accounts receivable
Verify insurance coverage and manage Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing processes
Coordinate payroll processing and employee records in collaboration with HR
Manage trust accounts and resident funds in compliance with regulations
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for audits and surveys
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and payer requirements
Serve as a resource for residents and families regarding billing and financial questions
Supervise and train business office staff, as applicable
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Business Office Manager or similar role in SNF/LTC or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing
Experience with payroll systems and accounting software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
