Responsibilities

Close every qualified lead that comes through our pipeline
Keep leadership off sales calls so they can focus on scaling marketing and lead flow
Take 5-8 inbound calls/day (85+ calls/month) and hit a 20% close rate
Generate additional opportunities via follow-ups, referrals, and upsells
Maintain a clean, updated CRM with notes, follow-up tasks, and accurate deal stages
Attend daily team huddles (10am CST) and submit end-of-day reports
Collaborate with the team to hit and exceed monthly KPIs:
$100K+ in monthly revenue
17 units sold/month
