Responsibilities
Serve as a primary administrative contact for employee-facing HR processes, providing timely support for benefits, leave, onboarding, and HR systems, and escalating complex issues as needed
Coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings, applicant tracking, initial phone screens, and interview scheduling in partnership with hiring managers
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring data integrity, compliance documentation, and reliable reporting to support payroll and operations
Prepare payroll-related and compliance data and provide limited backup support for billing or accounts payable during peak periods or staff absences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2 – 4 years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities accurately
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort serving as a first point of contact for routine staff questions
Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, or related systems, with the ability to enter, audit, and report on data accurately
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee and payroll-related information
