Responsibilities
Conducting needs assessments and performance improvement activities in order to achieve a high level of both quality and efficiency
Determining and maintaining processes to achieve increasingly effective and efficient personnel performance and quality
Assisting in the development, coordination, and implementation of the orientation and continuing educational needs and activities of all staff members
Ensuring training aids/manuals/handbooks are maintained and functional
Conducting new hire and continuing education training
Coordinating logistics and record keeping of training activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with two (2)+ years of relevant experience may be substituted
Participation in the Quality Management Internship may also be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement
Experience with automated information systems and computer software applications including data entry and retrieval required
Experience in a leadership and/or coaching position required
