Responsibilities

Leads cross-functional team members toward strategic resolutions of complex problems in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department

Completes documentation requirements that align with overall business strategies for all phases of the process development life cycle, as assigned

Manages projects, monitoring schedules and statuses including any potential delays, situations, or concerns that may affect outcomes, and communicates these to management

Creates and maintains dashboards and reports for People Systems
