The role involves booking and funding commercial loans, processing fund postings, and assisting teams in adopting LoanIQ effectively.
Responsibilities
Book and fund commercial loans in LoanIQ
Process internal requests for fund postings and money movement across LOB systems
Support staff during LoanIQ adoption, helping reduce the learning curve while maintaining production continuity
Review and analyze commercial loan closing activities, identifying process improvements
Provide recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex operational issues
Communicate effectively with Commercial Loan Closing teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
1+ years of Commercial Loan Closing / Operations experience
Strong proficiency with LoanIQ
Solid understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AFS is a plus (not required)
