Responsibilities

Perform member service duties such as fielding inbound inquiries with current members, consulting and providing accurate and updated information on credit union products and services
Advocate new loan promotions, products and services, and communicate to interested members services not currently being used in effort to improve their financial well-being
Open, close, and assist members with various types of accounts and loan products, performing the necessary data entry required and verify new account information accuracy
Originates consumer loan applications, ordering credit reports, determining value of collateral, analyzing information, and verifying information with creditors, applicant, and employers
Be able to understand and sell various loan products that include debt protection, GAP insurance, mechanical repair coverage, and other ancillary products included in loan identification
