Meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role
Undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prepare for success as a manager
Understand how to recruit and coach others to success
Lead and build a team of financial professionals after entering the Associate Partner training program

Required

Sales or managerial experience in another industry
Experience running your own business
MBA or other equivalent degree
Ability to meet specific production and licensing requirements
