Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and promote products on behalf of our clients
Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, providing support and guidance to help them achieve sales targets
Operations Oversight: Support daily operations at assigned retail locations, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, working with senior management to develop strategies to exceed sales goals
Training & Development: Participate in leadership development programs and receive continuous mentorship to improve managerial skills
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with retail managers and staff to ensure alignment with client goals and smooth execution of marketing campaigns
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated leadership experience through previous work, academic projects, or extracurricular activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally in a sales and marketing career
Availability to work weekends and some evenings as required by retail operations
Capable of managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and adapting to change in a dynamic work environment
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
Sales or Retail Experience (preferred but not required)
