Responsibilities
Assist in early design phases: conceptual, schematic, and design development
Produce accurate models, drawings, and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
Collaborate with the team to develop materials, refine concepts, and enhance detailing
Develop construction drawings and technical details that meet regulatory and accessibility standards
Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, ADA/Fair Housing, and sustainability requirements
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from clients, consultants, and agencies
Attend client meetings and contribute to project reporting and communication
Support permitting and local compliance processes
Join construction site visits and meetings to uphold quality and design integrity
Qualification
Required
Passion for high-quality housing and community design
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design documentation
Detail-oriented and eager to grow
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Team player excited to contribute and take ownership
