Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing
Check molded or extruded parts visually for quality defects as outlined by the quality requirements
Performs post-molding/extrusion operations such as buffing, scraping, deburring, assembly, etc., as assigned
Packs quality parts in the appropriate cartons with correct labeling and quantities
Segregates and reports non-conforming product according to procedures
Maintains proper accounting and recording of production data such as run records, scrap sheets, etc
Records SPC/SQC data where applicable
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Overtime required at times
Qualification
Required
You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training
Read and comprehend standard work instructions, math and measuring
Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record
An individual looking to advance with a high school diploma or GED
