Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on garage doors and openers
Install various types of garage doors and openers
Manage the truck, its inventory as well as their schedule and client communications
Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with opportunities
Provide solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
Deliver superior customer satisfaction every job
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors
Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
Able to move or lift 50-75 plus pounds over your head, bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods
Positive attitude with a desire to learn
High School Education
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Clean criminal background
Preferred
Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
Commercial garage door experience is a plus
