Responsibilities

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, working closely with key stakeholders across diverse industries and international markets
Own commercial relationships with existing clients, managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
Drive account growth by understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and identifying expansion opportunities
Ensure customer success by proactively managing relationships, delivering value, and minimizing churn
Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior executives (VP and C-level) and key decision-makers
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize client performance, uncover growth opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership to align on client goals and maximize account potential
Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of renewals and expansion opportunities
Advocate for clients internally, working closely with product teams to align features with customer needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or a directly related field
3 years of account management experience or related
3 years of experience with Martech, Adtech, or Analytics
3 years of experience driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
3 years of experience with mobile marketing and attribution, including Mobile Measurement Partner platforms
3 years of experience working with customers across international markets and industries with global business practices
3 years of experience with data analytics, including analyzing and interpreting large datasets, reconciling reporting discrepancies, and delivering actionable insights
3 years of experience with analytics tools, including Amplitude, Mixpanel, Braze, CleverTap, Google Analytics, Grafana, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Comscore
3 years of experience with deep linking technology, including Universal Links and App Links for mobile growth
3 years of experience with product management to align technical features with client use cases
3 years of experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management for retention and expansion modeling
3 years of experience supporting junior team members in renewal and expansion opportunities
