Responsibilities
Prospect and build relationships with Atlanta property managers, regional managers, and asset managers
Conduct in-person and virtual demos of the company’s platform and services
Understand client workflows and position the company as a process upgrade—not just a vendor
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, close
Attend industry events, property visits, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client handoffs
Track activity and pipeline in CRM
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience (property management, legal services, SaaS, or fintech a plus)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes simply
Comfort selling to operations-focused buyers
Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through
Preferred
Familiarity with multifamily property management is a major plus
Atlanta market knowledge preferred
