Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client billing for direct mail campaigns, generating accurate invoices and supporting documentation
Validate billable costs (printing, paper, postage, fulfillment, vendor services); reconcile POs, job tickets, and vendor invoices
Analyze cost/billing variances, protect margins, and support pricing and profitability insights
Collaborate with operations and account teams to streamline billing and revenue processes

Accounting/Finance degreeBilling experienceCost accounting experienceDirect mail experienceExcel proficiencyERP/job-costing experienceAnalytical abilityAttention to detailCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
1–3 years of accounting, billing, or cost accounting experience
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills
Comfortable interpreting contracts, rate cards, and production documents to ensure accurate invoicing

Preferred

CPA preferred
Direct mail/printing/production experience preferred
Familiarity with postage, lettershop, and fulfillment a plus
Experience with ERP/job-costing and billing modules (e.g., Sage Intacct)
