Qualification
Required
Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and support laboratory personnel effectively
Proficiency in Medical Technology and experience with laboratory practices, including diagnostic and testing processes
Knowledge of Quality Control protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting test results and solving complex technical issues
Experience handling and maintaining Laboratory Equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting
Proficient communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or technical field
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in laboratory settings
