Wafer Fabrication Technician I - 2nd Shift

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. manufactures sensors for testing and measuring various physical properties. They are seeking a Wafer Fabrication Technician to support activities in silicon wafer processing in a cleanroom environment on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

Work in a team-based production environment to support activities in silicon wafer processing
Obtains knowledge of one or more of the following process areas: Photolithography, wet etch processing, thin films processing, diffusion, metrology and inspection
Understands role in implementing the ISO 9001 standard and complies with all aspects of the standard
Responsible for knowing and following all cleanroom and ESD policies and procedures
Work safely in areas where hazardous chemicals are stored or in use
Keeps work areas clean and free of dirt or contamination
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D
Experience: 1-2 years related experience
Ability to handle fragile silicon wafers with tweezers
Work in a team-based production environment to support activities in silicon wafer processing
Obtains knowledge of one or more of the following process areas: Photolithography, wet etch processing, thin films processing, diffusion, metrology and inspection
Understands role in implementing the ISO 9001 standard and complies with all aspects of the standard
Responsible for knowing and following all cleanroom and ESD policies and procedures
Work safely in areas where hazardous chemicals are stored or in use
Keeps work areas clean and free of dirt or contamination
Must work in an indoor production and cleanroom environment with PPE as required by cleanroom protocols
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work
