Responsibilities
Analyse and compare local underwriting rules across NN’s international business units
Identify patterns, overlaps and opportunities for harmonisation and improvement
Use data analytics to uncover insights that guide decision-making and enhance efficiency
Collaborate with business units to interpret findings and communicate complex results clearly
Help translate underwriting data into concrete improvements for AI-assisted decision-making
Qualification
Required
Solid analytical experience, preferably within a data, business analysis or actuarial context
An interest in or familiarity with the insurance or underwriting domain
Experience using Python and data tools such as SQL, Excel and Power BI or Tableau
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
