Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls across the U.S
Use Google searches and online directories to identify clients in targeted cities and states
Navigate gatekeepers (e.g., office managers) to reach the appropriate decision-maker
Clearly communicate our value proposition and offer a live demo with a promotional incentive
Schedule qualified Zoom meetings for the senior sales representative
Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent outreach
Log activities, calls, and outcomes accurately in HubSpot
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion rates
Be comfortable with high levels of feedback, performance tracking, and frequent rejection — a key part of the role

Required

Perfect or native-level English communication skills (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently and stay organized with multiple prospects
No formal sales qualifications required — strong attitude and work ethic matter most
