Handling cases from early investigation through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Working directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Participating in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
Civil litigation experience, particularly in professional liability, general liability, or premises liability
Ability to manage active civil litigation matters
Experience handling cases from early investigation through resolution
Skill in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Experience taking and defending depositions
Ability to work directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Participation in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Strong advocacy and practical problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Responsiveness and ability to manage matters effectively
