Responsibilities
Spearhead marketing science projects with MMM, MTA, AI/ML, experiments, and KPIs; partner with agencies, data scientists, and IT for models, dashboards, and automated reporting
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and real-time performance visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and Google Analytics
Translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations, fostering cross-functional alignment and vendor collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in business, marketing, social science, or related field
7+ years in advanced analytics, including regression, classification, clustering, forecasting; proficient in SQL, Python, R, Excel (VBA), cloud platforms
Exceptional communication skills for senior leaders, with end-to-end project experience from ideation to deployment
Preferred
Media agency or retail analytics experience; knowledge of survival analysis, CRM, or marketing automation
Growth mindset, high autonomy, curiosity, and strong problem-solving across structured and unstructured challenges
