Responsibilities
Develop, design and coordinate the manufacturing of various engineered components and steel weldments for the proper deployment of industrial robots
Work intensively with Solid Works mechanical design, Oracle, Bill of Materials, Routing, Work in Process and Order Management
Development and implementation of specialized options for use on Yushin’s standardized robots
Include pneumatics, electrical and mechanical additions to enhance the performance of our industrial robotics to meet our customers’ expectations
Extensive communications with external and internal customers
Requires coordination among various engineering and manufacturing departments
Qualification
Required
BS/AS in Mechanical Engineering
4-6 years design experience required
extensive knowledge of Solid Works
machining and metal working background
knowledge of BOM, Routing, WIP and general manufacturing business systems activities
verbal, written and e-mail communication skills
organization skills to coordinate communication and documentation from numerous sources
