Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for Front-end projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines
Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
Lead the design and development of the software architecture, making decisions on frameworks, patterns, and technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects
Qualification
Required
Extensive expertise in Front-End development
Proficiency in Angular
Ability to work independently
Maintain high standards for coding and design patterns
Proactive and innovative mindset
Strong leadership skills to mentor and share knowledge with other team members
Provide technical leadership to the development team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers
