They are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the Supply Chain team, focusing on material acquisitions and vendor performance to ensure on-time deliveries and improved pricing.

Responsibilities

Review open purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and ensure on-time delivery; expedite orders when necessary

Address and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing in a timely manner, in accordance with standard procedures

Coach and support purchasing agents to meet performance goals

Define inventory strategies and develop action plans to achieve targets; deliver regular inventory performance reports and presentations

Provide management with updates on purchase price variance (PPV) tracking and cost reduction progress

Collaborate with the Quality Team to develop and enhance vendor performance

Additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel

Proven knowledge and utilization of a fully functional ERP systems

Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field (e.g., Information Technology or Engineering); MBA and APICS CPIM certification are a plus

5+ years of experience in an office or supply chain environment
