Talent & Onboarding Specialist
CCMSI is a leading Third Party Administrator focused on risk management solutions. The Talent & Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires and assisting with recruitment activities.

Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute new hire welcome packets and orientation materials
Confirm new hire start dates and send onboarding tasks through HR systems (iCIMS and ADP WFN)
Schedule and complete I-9 verifications; maintain compliance by purging outdated records
Track onboarding tasks and follow up with new hires to ensure timely completion
Upload onboarding forms and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and send recap communications
Monitor and report on onboarding metrics (e.g., 1-week surveys, 60-day reviews, LevelUP program participation)
Assist with LMS administration and compliance tracking
Support talent acquisition activities, including resume screening, candidate outreach, and referral tracking
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with HR policies
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR support
Experience with onboarding processes and compliance requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to type 60 WPM
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, ADP WFN preferred)
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification
