Sales Account Executive for Premium Lighting Brand
INAUTALENT is a fast-growing, design-led lighting company specializing in premium designer lighting solutions. They are seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to manage inbound enquiries, develop client relationships, and close high-value lighting sales in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries and qualify prospective customers
Act as the first point of contact for new leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present and sell premium lighting solutions in a consultative manner
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and follow-up
Maintain an accurate and well-organised sales pipeline using the CRM
Follow a structured sales process and participate in ongoing sales training
Complete required administrative and reporting tasks
Represent the brand professionally with strong product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Driven and commercially minded
Experience in managing inbound sales enquiries
Ability to develop client relationships
Experience in closing high-value sales
Strong consultative sales skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and follow-up
Experience in maintaining an accurate and well-organised sales pipeline using CRM
Ability to follow a structured sales process
Participation in ongoing sales training
Ability to complete required administrative and reporting tasks
Professional representation of the brand with strong product knowledge
Must be based in one of the approved locations listed
