Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical systems and components in residential settings
Perform electrical installations including outlets, switches, lighting, wiring, and panel upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues safely and efficiently
Work on electrical service upgrades, circuit installations, surge protection, and home wiring tasks
Conduct electrical safety inspections and recommend solutions to customers
Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
Explain work and recommendations to homeowners in clear, friendly language
Maintain accurate job documentation and follow company procedures
Adhere to all safety standards, codes, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a residential electrician or electrical technician
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and modern electrical practices
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
