Responsibilities
Define and execute an integrated talent management strategy that supports business growth and enables employees to do their best work
Build scalable, practical approaches to performance, development, and engagement that evolve with the business
Lead, develop, and inspire a small global team responsible for delivering talent management programs
Create clarity around priorities, outcomes, and how success is measured
Own the performance management philosophy and process
Design agile, modern performance practices that encourage continuous feedback, accountability, and strong outcomes—well suited for a software business
Partner with leaders to strengthen manager capability and leadership effectiveness
Own the learning and development strategy, from leadership and manager development to functional skill building
Use technology, data, and AI to improve how learning is delivered, accessed, and experienced
Continuously evolve learning programs to meet the changing needs of the business and its people
Lead the design and delivery of employee engagement surveys and insights
Facilitate manager action planning and support leaders in turning feedback into meaningful improvements
Use engagement and experience data to create healthier, more effective work environments where employees can thrive
Serve as the senior People partner for the IT organization
Work closely with the CIO and IT leadership on talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
And other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with deep expertise in talent management
Experience in a technology or software environment
A track record of building and scaling talent programs in growing organizations
Experience leading and developing teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
