Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Watchman Sales Strategy & Operations team
Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential
Provide clear direction, day-to-day guidance, and consistent performance management
Establish and enforce policies that support and standardize field sales operations
Define and drive the Watchman commercial strategy through data-backed insights and strategic initiatives
Collaborate across commercial, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on priorities and execute effectively
Continuously evolve sales strategies to stay agile in a dynamic market environment
Contribute to Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) with deep business and data insights
Develop and own the Watchman Sales Data Strategy, focusing on usability, efficiency, and impactful visualization
Expand data science and analytics capabilities to deliver forward-looking, actionable insights
Champion reporting excellence, ensuring outputs are clear, intuitive, and decision-oriented
Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to field sales leadership
Optimize existing commercial processes by leveraging technology and automation
Identify and implement new tools, systems, and workflows to enhance sales effectiveness
Support long-term IT strategy and roadmap planning for the commercial organization
Define, delegate, and manage complex strategic initiatives that enhance commercial performance
Build strong internal networks and influence cross-functional leaders through compelling data storytelling
Monitor cardiology market trends to shape 12–24 month forward-looking strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading high-performing teams aligned around shared goals, tools, and processes
Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and continuous process improvement
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of management and functions
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable strategies
Highly proficient in developing executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior leadership
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze large data sets efficiently
Motivated, results-oriented leader with a proactive mindset and a passion for excellence
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in business, analytics, or related field
Experience in the medical device industry, preferably within commercial or sales operations
Background in sales operations, finance, marketing, IT, or commercial strategy
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Tableau, and other business intelligence tools
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools
Understanding of CRM systems, commercial data flows, and sales enablement technologies
