Responsibilities
Contribute to practice growth by attracting and engaging new aesthetic patients through creative, ethical, and patient-centered methods
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and patient assessments
Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and facial anatomy
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
Educate patients on skincare, procedures, and post-treatment care
Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff
Qualification
Required
Active California Nurse Practitioner license OR
Active California Registered Nurse license with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections
Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
Preferred
Experience in dermatology, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine preferred
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Nextech, Intellechart, TouchMD)
