Responsibilities
Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store
Build relationships and outreach to customers
Create fitting room experiences as well as wardrobing and styling clients from head to toe
Create a welcoming and inclusive culture for customers and sales associates
Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
Open and close the store, be familiar with the store's goals and KPI results
Oversee store safety and assist with escalated customer issues
Provide support to new employees and perform operational tasks
Perform leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Qualification
Required
1+ years of prior service experience
Love for Customer Service
Friendly and outgoing
Solid Communication Skills
Fashion Savvy
