Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users through various channels (i.e. chat, phone, email, and in-person)
Resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently
Assist in setting up and configuring user accounts and access permissions
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups
Assist in managing hardware and software inventory
Adhere to and enforce IT security policies and procedures
Assist in maintaining a secure IT environment by implementing security best practices
Participate in security planning meetings
Document IT processes
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices
Help users understand and utilize IT resources effectively
Lead IT onboarding processes for new employees, including account provisioning, equipment setup, security training coordination, and systems access configuration
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows & macOS) and software applications
Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Admin, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office, Exchange)
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with single-sign on and identity management (Okta preferred)
