Communicate regularly with Mortgage Loan Originators, borrowers, and realtors to provide updates and answer questions along the way
Partner with the compliance team to address quality control items, look for ways to improve processes, and help implement best practices within the team
Qualification
Required
High School or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related role within a financial institution
Preferred
Basic knowledge of mortgage regulations and credit union policies preferred
