Global Channel Marketing & Field Readiness Program Manager
Team Red Dog is seeking a Global Channel Marketing & Field Readiness Program Manager to support a global productivity and collaboration leader. This role involves orchestrating worldwide go-to-market execution and ensuring that marketing assets and communications are effectively implemented across global retail and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities
Translate worldwide GTM and campaign guidance into actionable field readiness plans
Co-manage channel marketing content creation to ensure assets and playbooks land on time with regional field teams
Drive dynamic Line of Business community communications to keep global marketers informed, aligned, and focused on priorities
Act as the primary liaison between regional field teams and corporate marketing, elevating feedback and insights
Track marketing asset utilization and effectiveness to inform future development cycles
Build and nurture the global M365 marketer community across regions
Plan and execute monthly global community calls, including agendas, speakers, and content readiness
Draft and distribute monthly newsletters highlighting product updates, assets, and key changes
Co-lead readiness calendars and workback schedules for major launches, ensuring milestones are met
Qualification
Required
Project & Program Management – 3–5 years of experience driving schedules, coordinating stakeholders, managing workbacks, and delivering against deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Global Marketing & Communications – 3+ years creating and managing newsletters, agendas, community communications, and presentations for a global audience across regions and time zones
AI Workflow Fluency – 1–2 years (or demonstrated capability) using AI-powered tools to streamline communications, planning, insights gathering, and operational workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to partner with product marketing, channel leads, regional teams, and account teams to drive alignment and execution
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience
5–7 years of related experience in marketing, communications, or program management
Experience with thru-partner or channel marketing, ideally in retail or partner-driven ecosystems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a global audience
Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments
High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Self-starter mindset with a customer-service orientation and desire to learn
