Assist Consumer Support operations, including answering calls and recording information in our customer service database
Support order entry processes
Manage and oversee emails, chat interactions, calls, and various administrative tasks related to customer support
Communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing
Exercise good judgment, discretion, and strict confidentiality
Teamwork-oriented
Self-starter with 'Can Do' attitude
Qualification
Required
Must be 16+ and enrolled in high school or college
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
Able to currently work in the United States
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
