Responsibilities
Provide consultative guidance for data management and governance within the company as well as for clients
Strong people management, experienced in leading, empowering, and developing high performing teams
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to address gaps and pain points in a data journey
Project management expertise with a successful delivery track record
Cross-sell and deliver on data projects for key clients, growing revenue and producing case studies to promote the data science service
Strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills
Experience with client engagement management and relationship building
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence; ability to juggle numerous client stakeholders, delivery, and business development activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of professional experience consulting with a proven track record in successful track record in delivery
Provide consultative guidance for data management and governance within the company as well as for clients
Strong people management, experienced in leading, empowering, and developing high performing teams
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to address gaps and pain points in a data journey
Project management expertise with a successful delivery track record
Deep experience with Python, Java, or Scala
Experience or understanding with Kafka or Spark
Familiarity with microservice architecture
Strong client-facing experience as a data engineer/consultant
Strong understanding of analytics and data science
Strong communication skills
Strong with data domain - Datawarehouse, datalake, lakehouse etc
Knowledge and experience of building data pipelines using Kafka
Well aware of the latest in AI - GenAI etc
Keen eye for detail
Cross-sell and deliver on data projects for key clients, growing revenue and producing case studies to promote the data science service
