Responsibilities

Utilize the Client’s Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity) to prepare project schedules, assign resources, and manage budgets
Prepare presentations for executives, managers, and project team members
Monitor, control, and communicate project progress by managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks
Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and management
Foster collaboration between technical and business teams to achieve consensus and commitment
Develop and maintain SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM) deliverables, including: Project Charter, Project Schedule, Project Budget, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Risk and Issue Management Plans, Change Requests, Project Closedown Summary
Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM) throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate and enforce Change Management processes for scope, schedule, or budget deviations
Create Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for projects in yellow or red status
Review vendor contracts and manage deliverables according to approval procedures
Clarify stakeholder expectations and ensure all deliverables are assigned, reviewed, and completed

Required

10+ years of experience with Oracle/SAP ERP projects, including global ERP project management for teams of 20+ and budgets exceeding $750M
7+ years of experience in IT project management with industry-standard best practices
7+ years of experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget
5+ years of experience using project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity)
Advanced proficiency in MS Project
PMP certification highly desired
Strong leadership and governance experience in PMO environments
Ability to oversee technical teams for system architecture and SaaS integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
