Responsibilities
Lead and manage system and/or software test teams throughout all project phases
Oversee full lifecycle test activities—from development through final software acceptance
Conduct and manage process validation, computer system validation, and test method validation
Establish and maintain testing standards, methodologies, and best practices
Collaborate with development, engineering, and program management teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Provide oversight and guidance for test documentation, defect management, and quality assurance processes
Support continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and frameworks
Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and industry standards
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and production reliability
Qualification
Required
15+ years of professional experience with 10 years of experience in Testing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related IT/technical discipline
ISTQB certification or an equivalent software testing certification
Program management certification from an accredited ANSI/ISO/IEC institution—e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI
Leading system and/or software test teams
Full lifecycle software delivery
Process, computer system, and test method validation
Proven growth in responsibilities within information systems design and/or management
US Federal contracts: 2 years (Required)
Software testing: 10 years (Required)
PMP (Required)
ISTQB Certification (Required)
