Responsibilities

Manage various projects using established controls/procedures
Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client's facility
Have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application

Required

10+ years experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
Must be able to manage 4-5 projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project
OSHA 30 or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Preferred

Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
