Responsibilities
Welcome attendees, manage check-in, and provide arrival support
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general logistics
Support sessions, monitor rooms, and guide attendees
Help guests navigate sessions, vendors, and key event areas
Assist with vendor and speaker logistics and onsite needs
Capture event highlights, support live content, and engage online
Qualification
Required
Passion for women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, career growth, and Tech/AI
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
All backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Preferred
Experience with social media engagement or content creation
Prior volunteer, brand ambassador, or event experience is a plus
