Executive Director
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is one of the largest not-for-profit owners, operators, and developers of resort-style continuing care senior living communities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining the physical plant while providing services to residents.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator
Experience should show progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting
Preferred
Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is preferred
